  3. Pricing & Payment All prices shown on the website are final. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. All orders must be fully paid before processing. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
  4. Shipping Rules Standard orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Expedited orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days via CNE Global. Expedited shipping will be delivered via DHL, FedEx or SF Express. All customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  5. Return & Hygiene Policy All intimate apparel and underwear are hygiene-sensitive products. By purchasing from our store, you agree that non-defective items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We only accept claims for damaged or defective items within 7 days after delivery.
  6.  Intellectual Property All texts, images, logos, and designs on this website belong to our brand. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  7. Service Limitation We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other uncontrollable external factors.
